Copyright 

You retain all copyright to your music, even if I optimize your arrangements, compose new parts, or enhance them with mix effects. All copyrights generated in the process will be fully transferred to you. Likewise, all copyrights resulting from the participation of other musicians or producers in the production will be transferred to you. You retain 100 % of the streaming revenue and 100 % of your licensing rights for your songs.

Payments

The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. Only after the deposit has been received in my account can I secure the slot for you. In case of justified delays in the remaining payment, it may be possible to make the payment within two weeks of the due date.

Appointments

All agreed-upon appointments (production start, live session, deadlines) are binding. It is very important that you are on time for the Zoom session, and that I have all necessary data from you at the production start. Please also ensure that you send me the revisions on time to avoid delays. If we exceed the deadline, our production may overlap with other studio projects. In such cases, I can no longer guarantee a fixed completion date. However, I will make every effort to complete our project as quickly as possible.​

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please inform me as early as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you. There will be no fee for a justified rescheduling. I reserve the right to cancel the production and retain the deposit if no collaboration occurs within 12 months after the production start.

File Delivery

The sending of audio files to the studio is exclusively via the Dropbox link provided to you. In exceptional cases, alternative delivery methods (WhatsApp, email, etc.) may be allowed, in which case I will explicitly inform you.

​​Studio Rules

•⁠  ⁠Eating and drinking are always allowed in the studio.

•⁠  ⁠Accompanying persons are welcome but must be announced in advance.

•⁠  ⁠A maximum of 4 people may be brought as companions.

•⁠  ⁠The consumption of recreational substances must never negatively affect the work environment.

•⁠  ⁠Smoking is allowed on the adjacent balcony. Only vapes are allowed inside the studio.

•⁠  ⁠The vapor from vapes must be kept away from the studio equipment.

Revisions

Revisions must be sent as a text message, written in bullet points, and with time codes included. You will find the requirements clearly outlined in the PDF guide. Revisions submitted via other channels or that do not meet the guidelines may not be considered.

Video Releases

Please contact me before your music video goes online. I will quickly and free of charge check if the sound is good. Unfortunately, there have been several instances where video companies uploaded the sound in mono, which was very frustrating for the artists and fans later on. I will ensure the correct sound is released with the video.
